Mike Rock began his theatrical life playing Motel the tailor in Blackford High School's production of "Fiddler On The Roof" in San Jose in 1972. He continued performing in theater productions at De Anza College in Cupertino from 1974-1976.. And from 1984-1985 and 1992-1993 Mike acted and sang in several musicals at Cabrillo College in Aptos. Mike has also starred in shows at MCT in Ben Lomond, Dexter's Theater in Soquel and Lyric Theater and Actor's Theater in Santa Cruz. After relocating to San Mateo County in 1995, Mike was cast in productions at Canada College, NDNU and PCLO, where in 2000, he was cast as a priest in "Jesus Christ Superstar". Mike has also done movie extra work for Twentieth-Century Fox and Warner Brothers and was an extra in several television episodes of Paramount's "Nash Bridges". Besides singing and acting, Mike plays drums and percussion instruments, can do accents and character voices, claims to be a comedian and speaks German. There really is no business like show business! He joined BCP in 2009.
